How long does metal roofing last?

Metal roof panels are very durable and typically last anywhere between 40-70 years! Metal roofs also require very little maintenance, so you can expect hands-off protection.

What are the benefits of metal roofs?

Metal roofs not only last for 50+ years, but they’re also stylish, eco-friendly (fully recyclable), impact-resistant, and affordable. You won’t have to make as many repairs on a metal roof compared to an asphalt shingle roof, and you’ll get more than double the life out of a metal roof.

How long does it take to install a metal roof?

Depending on the size of your home, we can usually finish installing your metal roof between 1-3 days. The weather, the size of your roof, and the steepness of your roof pitch may make for a longer installation time, but we’ll always communicate with you so that you know what to expect.

What’s the difference between standing seam and corrugated metal roofs?

Standing seam (or concealed fastener) roofing is the most popular for residential properties. It’s a more aesthetically pleasing style of metal roofing that conceals the fasteners between panels. Corrugated metal (or exposed fastener) roofing is a more affordable style of metal roofing but is more commonly seen on agricultural or commercial properties. This type of metal roof has fasteners visible in between panels.
